Contrary to beliefs in some circles, I have proven the RADIENT CONTAINMENT TECHNOLGY can save this nation millions of barrels of oil per day, meet the Kyoto Protocol, slow global warming; while reducing 70-90% of pollution caused by combustion of hydrocarbon fuels. I employed Dr. Richard T. Schneider, Professor of Nuclear Engineering, University of Florida, to test the technology. Dr. Schneider who has among his many accolades, NASA's highest award for scientific achievement and under a U.S. Air Force contract, demonstrated the control of hydrocarbon molecules by extinguishing fire electrically. His test gave BTU increases as high as 25% in gasoline, 17.9% in diesel, and 13.2% in biomass. The tests were conducted for me after I discovered the Radiant Containment phenomena. I found that because every hydrocarbon oxidizes at different energy wavelengths, the amount of radiant containment varies in commercial application and is dependent on the degree of the molecules penetration.  Our product enabled Chrysler to eliminate stress relief ovens in the manufacture of the Abram tank in 1979. In 2000, our technology out-performed all other additives in the world's most sophisticated test equipment at USAF test labs by reducing particulates in jet fuel 52% at cruise power. A one month test conducted by Suburban Propane in North Carolina, gave a 21.4% savings in propane heat transfer and 12.5% fuel savings in both the gasoline and propane vehicles. The results are similar to the D.O.T. test conducted by our state. Tens of thousands of people have used over 3 million bottles to pass emissions tests. The lack of acceptance by this nation's political structure for the technology is almost criminal.
