I purchased gas kicker to clean out my emissions. My car failed. I am wondering how I can get back my money. Thank you for your time.

Notice above:  "We do not automatically capture your e-mail address from this page." Therefore we have no way of contacting you.  Our address is on the back of the bottle, the blister card and this site.  Just send proof of purchase to our address requesting a refund.  If you would like to know why your car failed contact our technician (Duane Fisher).  If the RxP didn't work you either have a serious problem or the engine was not getting enough fuel or air (see instructions).  To understand how RxP works click here.  Thanks

I hope you give Ed lots of royalties.

One day I busted the headgasket in my car by adding a different gas additive. I swore I would never add anything to my tank if it did not come out of a pump, as I was fanning the thick smoke from my face with my hand.

I listen to Ed every week and he talks about how it is good for the older cars. I don't have to worry about emissions, I don't even have cats in my 1970 Cadillac Eldorado. Having said that, I used it to see if I could get more power out of my Eldo. I was at 275hp at the wheels on a dyno and then I used 4 bottles over a month. My friend let me use the shop dyno and I increased to 285hp. Both hp numbers are an average of 3 runs.

RxP seemingly is an easy way to get 10 more horses from your eldo.

I think you should send Ed a $750.00 bonus check and tell him to give it to Karen Bruyere.

Thanks again.

To Whom it Concerns

I am a consumer in Texas I went to have my annual emission inspection a week ago. I thought nothing of it other than the fact my 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass has 178,000 miles on it. Well the car did not not pass I was told that I would have to have a lot of work done I was only off the passing marks by a few points. I bought a bottle of your product RXP followed the directions. I drove the car for 45 minutes and took it in for a re-check. Your product reduced emissions by 200 points. I was impressed.

I bought it and used it but can't really tell if it did anything. I noticed the temp got warm quickly when first starting the truck. I threw the bottle out at the gas station so there goes the refund too. Oh well I don't really care, it was only ten bucks. May be it worked, but without testing for emissions and without a dyno, I cant really tell.

Yo! Rick!

10 BUCKS!?!?! that wasn't rxp, that's fer sure. it don't cost $10. it's 6.90 here in Dallas. (unless it's sold at a gas station who will jack it up quite a bit). Well, it worked in my truck. i don't see the black smoke coming from the tail anymore.

I have a 1990 honda accord that has 260000 miles on it. It just failed emissions (CO on 50/15 test reading 3.94 with only .98 allowed). Hank @ advance recommended RXP. I will try it and let you know the results.

My honda did not pass the second test. It still read 1.34 on .98max co test. I followed the directions exactly. I even took the car to a different testing station for a third try. It ran a 2.30 on .98 limit co. This product does not work as advertised. I am going to request a refund.

Dropping your CO reading from 3.94 to 1.34 is a 66% reduction (I am assuming this is after one bottle of RxP).  That is not exactly a product that is not working on an engine that has 260,000 miles.  You need to run this engine longer on RxP to de-carbonize it properly and continue to run it periodically to be sure the engine remains carbon free.  This will insure your emissions readings fall within the permitted levels.

I bought the first bottle and tried it without much luck so I thought it was guaranteed so I would try the 2nd bottle and then if that didn't do the job I would TRY to collect on the guarantee. WITHOUT ANY SUCESS at O'Riley parts house, they said the manufacturer would handle it. That has been uncessful at this point. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone until I get a refund on 2 bottles of 6.95 ea. nolin@hisurfer.net

I have never had a product work as advertised , EVER . RXP in just 1 hour of driving after putting it in the gas tank reduced all of the checked gases and made my car 1980 Ford Granada able to pass inspection . HC(ppm) from 563 to 152 CO(%) from 0.85 to 0.04 NOx(ppm) from 1034 to 908 You guys can be truly proud of this product . I am truly proud you invented it . We are always outnumbered and this made the playing field a little more fair . Thank You Alfred H Davis Jr Midlothian , TX 76065 X

This equates to a 73% reduction in hydrocarbons (HC), 95% reduction in carbon monoxide (CO) and 12% reduction in oxides of nitrogen (NOx).  Running the engine longer on RxP should continue to lower the NOx.  Anyhow, thanks for the wonderful compliment!

I own a 1987 GMC Vandura cargo van. At the present time the mileage is over 250,000 miles. Bought new it has served me well, as a mobile locksmith shop. I was averaging over 300 miles per week driving in Dallas as a service vehicle. I attempted to get it inspected this year and since we have the new inspection test I was concerned with passing. My test results are as follows:

Test date 07/29/2003 Test type- initial Test -ASM Emissions

Test Results

HC-(ppm) standard-148 current reading-152- FAIL
co(%) standard-1.82 current reading-1.15- PASS
co2(%) “ “ “ -13.8 o2 (%) “ “ “ -0.1
NOX(ppm) “ -1980 “ “ -1172 -PASS
Dilution “ +6.0% “ “ -15.0% -PASS

After using your product abd driving approx.20 miles the test results were:

HC (ppm) - 148 “ “ -94 PASS
CO(%) - 1.82 “ “ -0.53 PASS
O2(%) “ “ -13.8 PASS
NOX(ppm) -1980 “ “ -997 PASS

As you can see a dramatic improvement... I will recommend RXP to all I know that have problems passing the Texas Vehicle Test. Thank you for such a wonderful product!!! Keith M.Blackwell Dallas Tx. Quando Omni Flunkus Moritati, (when all fails, play dead) Keith and Ruth

If you are an owner of a 2000 Cadillac Deville, you are expected to spend $200 to $400.00 on eliminating engine knocking on start-up due to excessive and inherited carbon buildup in the engine. Your product as I experienced it will achieve the same results for about two treatments which is $13.00 and some change. Your product is a life saver to owners of that model of Cadillac that has been admitted by the manufactuer has a faulty piston design that causes carbon build up every 4,000-6000 miles to the point that on start-up it takes 5 to 10 minutes for the engine to quiet down to the point that it is no longer an embarrassment to the driver whose car is sounding like a tractor.

Great product. THANKS!!!!!!

I have a 1987 Ford F-150. A few months ago I ran my truck through emmisions testing. It took four times before it would pass. I tried other emmisions reducers and none of them worked. I think I used Bardols and one other. Eventually I discovered I have cloged tubes that lead in from the EGR valve. I rebuilt the carb and cleaned the cloged tubes. The tubes had so much carbon that I had to chisle the carbon out. I had the same problems two years ago and planed on rebuilding the engine. Time and money did not allow that to happen. As it turned out the engine was fine. I have 160, 000 mile on the F-150. I just put a bottle in the truck yesterday. I'll let you know how it does in a month or so. Also, I am taking a two hour drive in our Dodge Van, one-way, this weekend. After reading all the positve comments I am going to ad a bottle to it also.

I drive a 1995 Windstar Van with 133,806 miles on it. I had never had an emissions test done on it, as it was not required where we live. However, this year the rules changed. So, I changed the oil and filter put a new air filter in and put one bottle of RxP in the 20 gallon gas tank.

My van flew through the emissions test today! Tue, 23 Sep 2003

High speed Emissions results, RPM 1163, Speed 25 MPH

HC(ppm) Std 120 Mine 7 CO(%) Std 0.67 Mine .10 C02(%) Mine 14.5 Nox (ppm)Std 848 Mine 215

Low Speed results HC Std 124 Mine 15 CO STD 0.69 Mine 0.30 Nox STD 937 Mine 203

Works for me!!! Of course I will continue to use this product.

This post is a follow-up to my previous post above. I just returned from my 3d try at the MA Enhanced Emiss Test, 95 Olds Achieva, 125k miles. The car had previously passed for HC and CO, failed for NoX. I added RXP, followed the directions precisely, and MY CAR PASSED!!!! (It lowered the NoX over 20 percent!!, from 2.57gpm to 1.97gpm, 2.50gpm required to pass.) YOUR PRODUCT IS AN ABSOLUTE MIRACLE!!!!!! Your product saved me $$$hundreds!! I am very very grateful for your fine additive. It works precisely as advertised. Like you said, if the car is basically mechanically sound and is getting enough fuel and air, RXP CAN SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE EMISSIONS!!!!!. Thank you very very much!!!!!

I have a 1991 Integra with 275K miles on it. It failed the emissions test (NOx was 970. Only 807 allowed). I ran a bottle of fuel system cleaner through the gas tank, and changed the air filter. I then put a bottle of RxP Gas Kicker in the next tank of gas and took it in to get smogged again. My NOx reading dropped down to 805, a reduction of 17%. It was enough to pass the emissions test. Thanks RxP.

Ciso,

I'll bet if you used another bottle of rxp you'll get that old car to run like new. THat's what i did. and it works great. just passing the emissions test is one thing, getting your car to run good and save gas is another thing that product does. I'm using it ever 5th tank of gas. it makes a world of difference.

I am the proud owner of a 93 chevy that has 133,000 miles. I have no cat or muffler and recently my truck has been giving me problems with carbon build up do you think its the truck or no mufflers that causes this and what are your recommendations? Foxychic52781

RxP removes carbon deposits.  That is one of the reasons RxP works so well.  To learn more about your truck e-mail our technician (Duane Fisher).  Thanks

I used RXP in a 1985 Porsche 911 with 106,000 miles. It had failed the low speed CO% of the state emissions test. Adding one bottle of RXP in the gas tank and driving for a hour reduced the CO% from .98 to .80. The CO% test standard for this car is .88, Thanks RXP

I tried sending an e-mail to www.fish@rxp.com and would not connect. I have a problem with my '97 Pontiac Grand AM. I have put in two bottles of your rxp and now my car almost stalls in certain situations. The tachometer goes very low and then the engine chugs and almost stalls, once I can apply gas it usually goes away. Last night, in the rain, in the Drugstore parking lot, the car stalled upon backing out of the parking space. I have added octane booster and put in several gallons of medium grade gasoline. I still have the problem. Please advise. The situation gets scarry. Thanks. sef5202@yahoo.com.

My '97 Pontiac Grand AM is stalling, shaking, sputtering and dieing when I drive. Also it does not like to start easily when the weather is cold. What do you suggest for the repair of my car? I used your RxP gas kicker and these are the results. I hope all I have to purchase to fix the car is a gas line filter, spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, oil for a change. Please respond. I own a 1994 Plymouth Acclaim with 130,000 miles on it. I bought it used with 97,000.00 on it 1.5 years ago. I rely on my vehicle in my business and sometimes drive 100+ miles daily. I have used other additives in order to extend the life and usefullness of this vehicle. One day I was in WalMart and there was a bottle of your product on the close-out shelf at a reduced price. I had been using Slick 50 which was also "pricey", so seing that the red bottle was less than Slick 50 and claimed to clean more than Slick 50 claimed I decided to buy it. The next trip to my mechanic for regular maintenance he commented that I keep that car nice and clean. Apparently your product produces noticeable results and I had not even solicited his comments.
